There was a whole lot of stained glass. All along the hallway, and then in this other room, too. The walls had carvings about Jesus and stuff. Just - y'know, standard god type things.

It was set up for a bunch of people, but everything was empty.

There was this other room, too, that looked like a hot spring or something. Had a whole bunch of pools of water.

A hot spring room. Was that also empty?

S'where the rest of the guys who ended up in heaven headed first, so they were there already when we got there.

The water was all holy water, I'm pretty sure. There were these discs above the pools, with a bunch of different settings on em.

Absinthe found a diary in the room, written by one of the angels.

Do you know what could have been in there? Details on the war. On responsibilities that were given to them. Projects they were working on. Missions or other plans they argued for or against.

It would be a blueprint to knowing your enemy.

...Magic would be my best guess. An object that a divine being poured all of their thoughts into may have value as an ingredient for some ritual. Like the one that brought you into Heaven in the first place.

Or it may be as simple as Absinthe not understanding the importance of what he read in it. Azzy may have context we don't to understand the contents.

Yeah, well. Either way, fingers crossed it got stashed somewhere safe.
