Primrose is in a difficult position being unable to answer any questions about your roof plan. I spoke with Maki about it already, but I felt you might want to speak with her yourself too. It isn't weird to want to know what's going on.

The city was just destroyed. Everyone has developed hellish corruptions. Now they're being told that it's crucial to meet on the roof top at some mysterious future time, and no one can explain why. They're afraid, and the only information I had would just alarm them even more.
