[Stays with him in the blanket a moment longer before leaning forward to crack open the rum for a Malibu pineapple and a Malibu OJ; the cups are small but the pours are heavy because what is a shotglass, and she hands him his choice]

[It's not that bright in the fort, as mattresses do a better job at blocking light than pillows. But there's still enough light to see how dark the lines are against his skin. So she reaches out towards them, though stops short of touching them if she gets that far.]

[He takes the drink and pulls it in nearer to himself, so the scars are hidden when he presses his arms closer to his chest.]

[Hesitates - then hesitates longer. He shifts the drink to one hand so he can turn his arm over, reluctant, to show her.]

It'd healed, but I found em there again this morning.

[Supports his wrist from below and--frowns, just staring at them, obviously attempting to think back to when he could've possibly gotten these]

You're looking so-so at best. You can always just have more, may as well taste good. I shoulda got those little umbrellas.

...okay, hit me, stick some more pineapple juice in there.

[He offers the cup.]

They got normal umbrellas, and B could just shrink 'em.

[Adds a splash of pineapple juice, and OJ for good measure. Feels tropical.]

Wonder if the new guys get the umbrellas.

[Sticks his finger in to stir it, then licks the juice off.]

That's the live they oughtta be having. Auctioning off little umbrellas. Everyone'd want those.

[Sloshes hers around with little care for the fate of the surrounding mattresses, takes another sip, apparently satisfied]

How much would you pay for just an umbrella, though?
